A couple things are coming up this this week and next that cause me to stop and say... whew...
On May 9th sandy and I will celebrate 34 years of marital bliss. I cant imagine my life without her, God knew what He was doing when He gave her to me. A more loving and accepting and quiet spirited pastor wife can not be found, she is a indeed a treasure. I really can't believe it has been 34 years, she is still sooooo young!

On May 15th I will pause and remember to thank God for my 4 years as pastor of Cypress. I can not think of a better church to serve, Cypress has been so gracious to a "rookie pastor" that it defies words. God has been very good to me in allowing me this position and calling me to serve the church I love...it is the greatest honor a man can have on this side of eternity. Pray for me and my family, for grace and love and protection, and that I might be used as a tool in the hands of the Master Builder
